We do not invent quotations, allegations or events. We label satire visibly, link to the reporting used, and correct errors promptly.

Human dignity

We respect religious beliefs and adherents of every faith; we do not ridicule religions, sacred figures, rituals or victims. Our satire addresses decisions, public power and contradictions, not ethnicity, nationality, or other inherent traits.

Rights and occupation

We do not glorify occupation or justify infringements of Palestinian rights or the rights of any civilian population. Relevant political positions may be accurately reported and attributed without endorsing them.

Editorial controls

AI-generated drafts and translations require editorial review before publication. Contested allegations must be checked against reliable sources. We may decline satire on tragedies.

Corrections

Editors can unpublish material immediately and revise it with a documented review. Contact details will be added at launch.
